IndianFootball.Com | The Logo

IndianFootball.Com started off with a simple text headline in 1998. The site grew in its quality and quantity over the last 10 years and the logo made no exception!

1999 - 2000
The first-ever IndianFootball.Com 'logo' was created as a GIF-Animation by Founder & Editor-in-Chief Arunava Chaudhuri in early 1999.

2000
One year later we further developed our logo which looked like a simple web banner.

2000 - 2002
The 'logo banner' was simplified and we started to build a corporate identity, while using capital letters for the 'I' and the 'F'.

2002 - 2004
The logo got its first professional tune-up with kind support of Kristian Joshi. Joshi, a Germany-based graphic designer of Indian origin, took care of the logo in early 2002.

2004 - 2006
We further refreshed the logo in 2004 and added the subtitle 'India's Premier Football Site'.

2006 - present
The current IndianFootball.Com logo was designed by our Editor-in-Chief & Creative Director Chris Punnakkattu Daniel in 2006. The logo is a combination of a traditional logo with elements of modern artwork!

This logo has helped us to create a new corporate identity and to give IndianFootball.Com a more professional outlook in the world of football.

Capital letters are used for the 'I', the 'F' and the 'C', which is also the abbreviation for IndianFootball.Com (IFC).
