6th "Servo" Goa Governor's Cup 2004: from 9. upto 20.November 2002 in Margao & Vasco, Goa

The Goan Governor's Cup is a chance for the smaller Goan clubs from the first division to test their strength against the Pro League clubs. Dempo SC and MPT SC pulled out before the start of the tournament due to injuries to players.
