Mumbai Super Division 1999

WIFA-Mumbai Super Division 1999:
The format of the Mumbai Super Division was changed this year. The 10-team league played a first leg, in which all teams played against each other, then in the second leg, the league was divided into a top and a bottom half. The top5 teams played for the title while the bottom5 played against each other to avoid relegation. In the end Air India won the title back from Bengal Mumbai FC.
