"Scissors" Kerala Football League 1999:

Dec 21: I got the following report on the Kerala State League from Arun Sujith Justus. Thanks Arun!!! Eight prominent clubs of Kerala took part in the state soccer league held earlier this month. Defending champions FC Kochin, Central Excise (both from Kochi), State Bank of Travancore, Kerala Police, Titanium, KSEB (all Thiruvananthapuram), Keltron (Kannur) and FACT (Aluva) were the participating teams. FC Kochin were directly placed in the super league and two other teams who topped their respective groups would join them in the Super League. These teams were Central Excise and State Bank of Travancore but FC Kochin was able to defend it's title.
