2nd Director’s Special Professional League 1999:
The Goan Professional League 1999 format remained unchanged. The most interesting change this
season being that the league will be expanded to six teams next season and for that the last team in the league, plays the
second placed team of the 1.Division. In the end Churchill Brothers won the title back from Salgaocar.
