Goa Professional League 1998

1st Director’s Special Professional League 1998:

This year for the first-time the Goan Professional League was held. At the end of the first professional league Salgaocar SC won the league title. VLM finished last and later also lost the playoff match against Division 1 winners Marmagao Port Trust, who got promoted.
