Congrats on winning the match away in Kuwait! It must have been a win at last for you and your boys.

Okay thanks! We have played that way in previous matches in fact against Singapore for 70 minutes there was only one team in the game we then lost Vinu (Jose) from midfield, Habibur (Rehman Mondal= ten minutes later and that was a major blow for us at that point in the game, we had several chances and didn't score and they scored off the two chances they got!

An overall strong performance by the team against the mighty Kuwaitis. We were solid in defence and scored of our chances. Who would you name for special mention?

We have played well just not had the luck this is football.
Well there were a couple of very good performances - captain Deepak (Kumar Mondal), Abhishek (Yadav) ran himself into the ground and scored of a really fantastic header, Sangram (Mukherjee) also had a solid game which is good has he has been a little below par recently So there were some very good performance's all round, you don't beat Kuwait with half a team playing well.

Why haven't we been able to play like this in earlier matches? Did you change anything for this match?

No. We play to our strengths and sometimes we have to adapt slightly to gain the maximum from the players and the system, so no we didn't change a thing. In fact we played the same way against Japan twice and sometimes you have good days and sometimes you have bad days. Also the players who come in and out don't always play as well as they can and with the amount of youngsters in the team you are not always going to get the consistency you would like.
