Generally Training Methods is one of the foundation of Games and sports through the help of Training aspects. Naturally Training aspects being Technical & Tactical aspect, conditional aspect, Tactical & Technical aspect, and psychological adjustment aspect. Coaching is being perfect through the help of training aspects. System of coaching being to teach players the training aspects the fundamentals of the games, as together these form the basis of the requirement needed to be able to play better football. However, the improvement a player attains using these aspects depend on their own commitment in terms of repetition of practice and concentration in coaching.
Results cannot be expected overnight, coaches and players need to be patient in teaching and learning, as it is not only time consuming but also a test of belief in the system of coaching. The process of coaching is ongoing throughout their playing career and continuously influenced by the experience gained from every coaching session and every games played. Use of correct techniques to perform the task efficiently and effectively and being able to remain compose on ball, relaxed under pressure using creativity and imagination in the use of ball each pass is unique to that movement tactical & technical. However looking beyond the ball, having capacity to anticipate situations, awareness of other position (own players, opponent and ball).
Movement of the ball and creating and exploitation of its pace are the great consideration, physical work is naturally part of the program. Training aspects must aim to develop the above mentioned in players to aid the decision-making process, and capacity to observe each of the movement as it happens. With the repeated practices players learn to assimilate each observation quickly, until eventually they will all combine in the mind into one? While deciding to pass the ball players must think of weight, accuracy and timing of the pass. But even before players must show excellence in making first touch on the ball. The success or not have then are highlighted in most of the small sides Games.
Coaches often have different number of players available to train on any one occasion, Therefore it would be useful to develop practices using different and sizes, small Games sizes in terms of players number and sizes of area used. In 11 a-side, full size Game there are always small side Game situations with combination players occurring and by practicing with smaller numbers you are reproducing what is happening in the full Game. The difference is that in a small side Game a smaller number of players are involved and hence, each has lot more touches with the ball. In a full size Game many different players are involved. To develop the talent of the players and enhance the understanding amongst the players, even to improve the knowledge of the Game intellectual brilliance, the role of small side Game is of utmost importance. Coaches now-a-days are very well advised to make use of the small area Game, as the teams do not only practice the simple elements of the Game such as passing and dribbling but the principles of pass and move, interchange of position, support and running with and without ball, switch play, screen play, creating and exploiting space, maintaining shape and balance are improve through small sided Games. The concept of small-sided Games has become more acceptable to the coaches and certain sizes teams play official matches at certain age group. Coaches can modify practices & drills to suit their requirements. Development of the small-sided Games concept and development of the players go body mind co-ordination. Therefore, I felt a need to relate the use of small side Game to the players, in coaching methodology. Coaching methodology is one of the big inspiration for coaches as well as players.
