AIFF names women's team for Asian Women's championships:
November 30: The AIFF has released the Indian women's national football team list to represent the country at the Asian Women's football championships in Taiwan. The captain will be Maria Rebello (Maharashtra)
The squad: T Tababi Devi (vice-captain), C Binashori Devi, L Ronibala Chanu, Kumari S Devi, Geeta K Devi, S Chanu Rani, O Bembem Devi, R Sulochana Devi, S Shanti Devi (all Manipur), Rehana Khatun, Alpana Shil, Sujata Kar, Sayanti Nandi (all Bengal), Ranjeeta Mohanty, Samantaray Sradhanjali (both Orissa), Madhu Kumari (Bihar), Gurmeer Kaur (Punjab).
