The mini-Rovers Cup is the qualifier tournament for the Rovers Cup proper. It is held to give DFAs (District Football Association) from all over Mahrashtra plus smallers teams from the Mumbai Harwood league and sometimes from other states in India a chance to qualify for the Rovers Cup.
